Love Rocky Mountain Fireplace, he came out to clean my fireplace, and saw that the original person who installed it didn’t do it to code, and it could’ve started my house on fire. He showed me the exposed wires and walked me through it. They are honest and most personal people, definitely recommended.

I bought a fireplace insert several years ago and they did an excellent job. But a few days ago, I found a piece of aluminum in the yard that appeared to be a chimney cap. So I took it in and showed it to Mike. He immediately recognized that it was not one of his but due to the fact that I cannot easily get on my roof, I asked him if he would come out and take a look to see if it may have come from my furnace pipe. He did so the very next day! He told me everything looked good up there and when I tried to pay him for his time, he refused! That’s going the extra mile in customer service! I highly recommend this company for quality of products, installation, and service after the sale.
